About Us

We started The Giving Shepherd tradition in our family in 2017. I quickly noticed how it increased the Spirit of Christ in our home throughout the entire Christmas season. I wanted to be able to share this feeling with everyone around. 

What began as a simple idea soon became a beloved tradition. Each day, our children would wake up excited to see how The Giving Shepherd would lead them, not to more presents under the tree, but to more opportunities to serve and love like Jesus. From delivering cookies to neighbors, to writing letters of encouragement, to quietly helping one another in the home, our family learned that true joy is found in giving. 

We realized this wasn't just for us, it was a gift meant to be shared. The Giving Shepherd was created so families everywhere could experience the same Spirit of Christ that transformed our Christmas.
